Identification of inconsistencies or valuation issues

TIMELINE
Why Timing Matters
Property taxes are based on prior-year valuations, and appeal windows are limited.
January 1 – Valuation date
June – Notices typically issued
~30 days – Appeal window
Following year – Taxes based on that value
If you miss the window, your ability to challenge the value is limited.
Preparing early allows you to act instead of reacting too late. In Chelan County, appeals must typically be filed within 30 days of the Notice of Value. Usually in June or July.
At Chelan Property Tax Appeals, we’re hyper-focused on helping our clients get a fair Property Tax Assessment.
Start with a simple review
If you’re unsure whether your property is fairly assessed, the first step is a structured review to determine if an appeal makes sense.
